U.S. Researchers Can Apply for Travel Funds
International Antarctic Earth Science Symposium

The NSF Geo-PLR Section for Antarctic Sciences is providing funds to support participation of U.S. scientists in the 12th International Antarctic Earth Science Symposium External Non-U.S. government site. Funds are intended primarily to support early-career researchers, graduate students and individuals who would increase the diversity of the Antarctic earth science community. Current PLR Investigators with meeting travel funds included in their awards are not eligible for this travel support.

To apply for travel funds, download the application form Link To Word File from the Byrd Polar Research Center External Non-U.S. government site web site. Submit the completed application form together with your submitted ISAES abstract to Terry Wilson by March 31st, 2015.

NOTE: The deadline for applications has been extended to April 15, 2015.
