Blue Ribbon Panel Recommends Logistical Improvements to Support Antarctic Science

An independent committee charged with assessing the logistics requirements for the U.S. Antarctic Program (USAP) to support research into the 21st century has urged the National Science Foundation (NSF) External U.S. government site and White House External U.S. government site to invest heavily in infrastructure improvements over the next five years.
